tas yung delivery ang clean, yung item was sealed to the safest degree hahaha, completo. lahat ng kinakatakot ko di naganap plus yung low expectations ko was defeated, thankfully heheI ordered Asus G15 Advantage from sir Alan and boy he delivered, helped, fixed and everything a costumer would want from costumer service.
After delivering the laptop to me I made a mistake of updating the GPU driver which was not stable yet for my laptop. This caused BSOD just a week of having it. Sir Alan helped me fix my new laptop for free. I sent the laptop to him and sent me back fixed. He also helped me install upgrades for it. I was so ecstatic I recommended him to my co-workers and my family. One of my colleagues and my brother also bought a laptop to him.
