Returns

We allow return of items which are damaged, and defective. Any other reasons are subject to the discretion and judgement of the team.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or defective item so that we can better understand the problem and take appropriate action.

Cancellations

IIf you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you will need to pay our restocking fee.
